We are in Sicily, a land whose fruits are famous throughout the world for their authenticity, for their organoleptic characteristics, fruits where we find the sun of our beautiful Sicily.
It is in this land that Soprano Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our Excellent Honey are produced.
The Sottile agricultural company was founded in 2010 in the Agro-Ericino, in the Buseto Palizzolo (TP) area, on the hilly area of the historic “Parecchiata San Francesco”, in the Monte Erice district, with an area of 20 hectares where olive groves are cultivated, Vineyards, arable land and 50 families of Sicilian Black Bees raised.
The company’s main objective is to enhance local products and safeguard the environment, which is why good agronomic practices are adopted such as natural fertilization of the land, using manure fertilizers, carrying out the practice of green manure and grassing with leguminous plants .
