In the heart of the Erice landscape, Molino Campo was born in 1928. It is the story of a company, born from the idea of creating a business that would enhance the resources available in the area; it is the story of a company that has been able to pass down the art of grinding Sicilian durum wheat, grown in the Erice lands, from father to son. Everything was born from the ambitious idea of the company’s founder Antonio Campo, who wanted to make the best use of the means at his disposal to create a company that could process Sicilian durum wheat to obtain unique and genuine products such as flours and semolina, coming from the milling of the best local wheats.
